Frederick W. Valentine, 83, passed away on Tuesday July 18, at the Albany Medical Center. He resided in Watervliet, New York and was the son of the late George and Jennie (Russell) Valentine. Fred was born on August 16, 1933, in Hoosick Falls, New York.
