Obituary for Stella Koronas

Our dearest mother Stella Koronas who resided on Fog Hill Road in Hoosick Falls, New York sadly passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at the age of 80 years peacefully in Albany, NY at Albany Medical Center. She was greatly loved by her family and friends and to those whose lives she touched. Stella was born on November 13th, 1942, in Queens, NY where she resided until 1978 when she and her husband Bob moved the family to upstate Hoosick Falls, NY to seek a better life. Stella was a loving mother and dedicated wife to her husband Robert. She enjoyed going to Florida, Disney, flea markets and tag sales, her seasonal summer camping at Adirondack Gateway Resorts and spending quality time with her family and friends. Stella was predeceased by her mother and father Caroline and Luco Buonagura, her brother Butch Buonagura, and her most loving and dearest husband Robert Koronas Sr., who she will rejoin in eternal peace. She leaves behind her son and his wife Robert and Melissa Koronas Jr., of Hoosick Falls, NY, daughter and husband Caroline and Christopher Migliaro of Colonie, NY, grandchildren Brandon Cooney, Renee Parker and husband Harold Parker, Casey Betit and spouse Joseph Marcoux, and Michael Moore and his fiancé Alexis Lockrow. She also leaves behind her great grandchildren Ryan, Megan, Sophia, Taylor, Emmalyn, Bryson and Wyatt, many beloved cousins, and best friends. The loss of Stella will certainly leave a big empty space in our hearts for whom that we all loved so much. She will be sorely missed.
