Rita Mary Hoffman, 82, passed away on Tuesday August 23rd, at the Centers for Living & Rehabilitation in Bennington, VT. She resided on Telford Road in Eagle Bridge with her husband Richard Hoffman.

Rita was born on March 28, 1940, in Cambridge, NY, daughter of the late Stanley and Helen (Flynn) Levandowski. She graduated from St. Mary's Academy in Hoosick Falls, NY and attended St. Joseph's College in Bennington, VT. Rita worked at Jeans Diner and was a homemaker all of her life. She was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church in Cambridge, NY,

Survivors other than her husband Richard include their daughters Regina Pruhenski of Knightdale, NC and Christine (Matthew) Nielson of Hoosick Falls, NY, her brothers William Levandowski of Queensbury, NY , Thomas Levandowski of Eagle Bridge, NY, also survived by two grandchildren Shawn Carpenter and Rebecca Nielson and a great grandchild Lucas Carpenter. She was predeceased by a brother Stanley Levandowski.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday August 27, at 9:00 am, from St. Patrick's Church in Cambridge, NY. Burial will follow the mass at St. Patrick's Cemetery in Cambridge, NY.
