Shane S. Niles, 52, passed away suddenly on Monday June 27th, at his residence in North Hoosick. He resided there with his wife Heather (Granger) Niles.

Shane was born on March 24, 1970, in Cambridge, NY son of Frances (Ruggles) Ormsbee and the late Ernest E. Niles Sr. Shane was employed at W.C.W., in Manchester, VT, as a Production Supervisor. He enjoyed time with family, carpentry, cooking and riding his Harley motorcycle. Shane especially loved his sunsets at his house and all his dear friends he called family.

Survivors other than his wife Heather include their children Scott and Josh Hamilton, James (Chelsea) Niles, Skye and Marta (Jessica) Niles brothers Ernest E. (Donna) Niles Jr., Daniel Niles, brother-in-law Michael (Lisa) Granger also twelve grandchildren. Shane was predeceased by a brother Frank Niles.

Services will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the care of the Mahar Funeral Home, 43 Main Street in Hoosick Falls, NY.
