Lucille Senecal, 90, of Hoosick, NY, passed from the arms of her daughter into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, January 16, 2022. Lucille enjoyed living in her Hill Road home for 88 years; she had her wish to
die in her home fulfilled.

Lucille was born July 27, 1931, in Bennington, VT to Lillian Whitely Main and Walter Main. She attended the Hoosick 2 room school house for 8 grades and then the Walter Wood high school in Hoosick
Falls. Her early work years were spent in the Hoosick Falls Undergarment where she served on the executive board beginning at age 17. She assisted many area families with competent home care services
for their loved ones, allowing them to stay at home as long as possible.

Lucille attended Hoosick Baptist Church most of her life. She especially enjoyed the years when the townspeople of Hoosick and the church community were tightly interwoven.

Lucille was an excellent organizer and financial manager. She lived and taught the principle; " do the best you can with what you have where you are."

She is survived by her sons, Gregory Eastman (Mary) and David A Senecal of VT; a daughter Lisa (Bruce) Moseley of Buskirk, NY and a brother William (Dayna) Main of CT. Lucille is also survived by 5
grandchildren and 1 1/2 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A son, Gary Eastman, and a daughter Hope Senecal predeceased her as well as her parents and sisters, Lorraine Smith and Loretta Loveland.

In the spring, a service at the family lot in Hoosick Rural Cemetery will be held to remember Lucille's life.
