Obituary for Lionel A Holbrook
Lionel A. Holbrook, 64, passed away on Thursday April 22nd, at the Center for Living & Rehabilitation in Hoosick Falls. Lionel returned to this area in 2020, to be closer to his family.
He was born on September 19, 1956, in Greenville, ME, son of the late Kenneth and Roma (Ayers) Holbrook. Lionel graduated from Cambridge Central School class of 1974. He was a certified gun smith and worked as a independent truck driver. His passions included collecting guns, knives and coins. He was an avid reader and card player.
Survivors include his sisters Wilma (Anthony) Kapp, Barbara (Edward) Young and Janet (Terry) Young, brothers Russell and Norman Holbrook, also survived by nine nephews, extended family and friends.
No services will be held with keeping Lionel's wishes. Arrangements are under the care of the Mahar Funeral Home, 43 Main Street in Hoosick Falls, NY. Memorial contributions may be made to either the Cheney Library in Hoosick Falls or the Danforth Adult Care center Activity Department through the funeral home.
