Sandra J. Savage, 80, passed away on Thursday July 16th at her residence on Nickmush Road. She was the wife of the late Loren Savage who died in 2007.
Sandra was born on September 13, 1939, in Hoosick Falls, NY, daughter of the late Aubrey and Evelyn (Stockwell) Rogers. She attended schools in Hoosick Falls and was a homemaker all of her life. Sandra enjoyed antiquing, going to flea markets and cooking.
Survivors include her daughter Shelley (Brian) Heald of Albany, NY, sons Norman Rogers and Wayne (Melissa) Savage all of Hoosick Falls, NY, grandchildren Larissa Rogers, Zakery Heald, Jessica, Victoria and Russell (Shauna). Sandra is predeceased by a sister Doris Rogers.
Services are private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the care of the Mahar Funeral Home, 43 Main Street in Hoosick Falls, NY. Memorial contributions may be made to either the Voice of the Veterans or Second Chance Animal Shelter through the funeral home.
