David Henry Bridegroom, 19, died suddenly on Monday July 16th , in Saratoga, New York. He was the son of David and Laurie (Urban) Bridegroom. David resided on Carpenter Road in Johnsonville.
David was born on May 12, 1999, in Troy, New York and attended St. Mary's Academy in Hoosick Falls and graduated from Tamarac High School. He was employed at the family business Bridegroom Property Management in Johnsonville, NY . David enjoyed hunting, kayaking on the Battenkill River, his pets and working on his truck.
Survivors other than his parents include his sisters Stephanie and Erica Bridegroom of Johnsonville, NY, brothers Brian Urban of Kingston, NY and Timothy Bridegroom of Johnsonville, NY. He is predeceased by a brother Michael Bridegroom.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday July 21st at 10:00 am from St. Joseph's Church, 416 Third Street in Troy, NY. Burial will follow the mass at St. Mary's Cemetery in Troy, New York.
Relatives and friends may call at the church on Friday July 20th from 4:00 – 8:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be made in David's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital through the Mahar Funeral Home, 43 Main Street in Hoosick Falls, NY, who are handling the arrangements.
