Eileen Davendonis, 96, passed away on Wednesday October 10th at the Center for Nursing & Rehab in Hoosick Falls. She was the wife of the late Peter Davendonis.

Eileen was born on September 7, 1922, in Troy, NY daughter of the late Frank and Helen (Fahl) Kincaid. She was educated at schools in Troy and worked at Union Carbide in Bennington, VT, until retiring. Eileen enjoyed knitting and doing crossword puzzles. She was a communicant of the Immaculate Conception Church.

Survivors include her son Bernard (Sue) Davendonis of Hoosick Falls, daughter Eileen Anderson of Grand Junction, CO, sisters Carolyn Breen of Hoosick Falls and Peggy Kincaid of Troy, NY, also three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Eileen is predeceased by a grandson Ryan White and three brothers Frank, Jack and Bill Kincaid.

Funeral services will be Monday October 15th at 10:00 am, from the Mahar Funeral Home, 43 Main Street in Hoosick Falls. Burial will follow the service at St. Mary's Cemetery in Hoosick Falls. Memorial contributions may be made to the Town of Hoosick Rescue Squad and the Immaculate Conception Church through the funeral home.
