Steven C. Yager, 54, passed away on October 10th at his residence on First Street in Hoosick Falls. He resided there with his wife Katelyn (Wyman) Yager.

Steven was born in New York, New York, on May 29, 1963, son of the late Charles and Anna (McGrawth) Yager. He was educated at Bergen Field High School. Steven formerly worked at the Pathmark warehouse in New Jersey and Dollar General in Cambridge, New York. He enjoyed the Jersey Shore and cats.

Survivors other than his wife include his sister Annamarie Drakeford and brother Paul (Susan) Yager, also nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by a sister Susan Dicrescienzo (Ralph).

Funeral services will be Monday October 16th at 7:00 pm, from the Mahar Funeral Home, 43 Main Street in Hoosick Falls, NY. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 6:00 pm until the start of the service. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the EC Fund through the funeral home.
