Margaret Jones,76, passed away peacefully on Friday March 19, at the Bennington Health & Rehabilitation Center. She resided on Fisk Street in Hoosick Falls.
Margaret was born on December 13, 1939, in Hoosick Falls daughter of the late George and Jennie (Russell) Valentine. She was a homemaker all of her life and a member of the First Baptist Church in Hoosick Falls.
Margaret enjoyed time spent with family and adored her grandchildren.
Survivors include her daughter Emma Jones-Higley of Brattleboro, VT., her four grandchildren, five sisters and four brothers.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday March 26, at 1:00 pm, from the First Baptist Church on Main Street in Hoosick Falls. A reception in the church hall will follow the service. Arrangements are under the care of the Mahar Funeral Home, 43 Main Street in Hoosick Falls, NY.
